Terms of Service
The terms that govern this website and our client engagements.
These terms apply to your use of the WKND website and, where noted, to engagements between WKND and its clients. Individual client agreements take precedence over anything stated here.

Using this website
You may browse, read, and share the content on this site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, republish substantial portions as your own, or use it to train commercial models without written permission.
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we provide it as general guidance rather than as advice tailored to your situation.
Engagements
Services are delivered under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, and duration. Programmes run month to month unless the agreement states otherwise, and either party may end an engagement at the close of any monthly period.
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within fourteen days.
- Scope changes are agreed in writing before the affected work begins.
- On termination we provide a handover document covering current priorities and open work.
Ownership of work
On payment of the fees due for the relevant period, all deliverables produced for you — pages, content, tracking configuration, documentation, and accounts — belong to you. WKND retains ownership of its own internal methods, templates, and tooling.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to the accounts, systems, and people the work requires.
- Review and approve content within the agreed turnaround so schedules hold.
- Verify the accuracy of any claim, statistic, or credential we are asked to publish on your behalf.
- Ensure the material you supply does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Results and guarantees
Search results are influenced by factors outside any agency’s control, including competitor activity and changes to search and assistant ranking systems. We commit to the work described in your agreement and to the specific measurable outcomes stated in our 90-day guarantee. We do not guarantee a particular ranking position, traffic figure, or revenue result beyond those explicit commitments.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform its obligations. This survives the end of the engagement. We name clients and cite results publicly only with prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, and both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.
