What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
WKND collects the minimum information needed to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, and understand how this website is used. This page explains what that means in practice.

Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, work email address, company website, and any message or goal you describe.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we record basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device type, and browser. This is aggregated and used to understand which content is useful.
- Analytics data is retained in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
- We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on this website.
- Essential cookies keep the site functioning; you can block all cookies in your browser without losing access to the content.
Client data
During an engagement we are frequently granted access to client analytics, advertising, and search console accounts. We access these strictly to deliver the agreed services, we never export data for use outside the engagement, and access is revoked on request or at the end of the engagement.
How long we keep information
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as legal and accounting obligations require. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
To exercise any of these, email hello@wknddigital.com. We respond within thirty days.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention obligation.
- Object to or restrict how we process your information.
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of established providers for email, analytics, cloud hosting, and project management. Each processes information only on our instruction and under its own security obligations. We do not transfer your information to any provider that has not committed to protecting it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and least-privilege permissions across our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
