Accessibility Statement
How this site is built to work for everyone, and how to tell us when it does not.
WKND aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website. Accessibility is treated as part of the build rather than as a retrofit, and we test as we go.

What we have implemented
- A skip link is the first focusable element on every page, targeting the main content region.
- Semantic landmarks — header, nav, main, and footer — structure every page for screen reader navigation.
- One h1 per page with a logical heading order beneath it, so the document outline is navigable.
- All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet contrast requirements against the linen and ink backgrounds.
- Motion and animation respect the operating system’s reduce-motion preference.
- Form fields have persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling, and errors are announced.
How we test
We combine automated checks with manual review. Automated tooling catches contrast failures, missing labels, and structural problems. Manual testing covers keyboard-only navigation and screen reader review of key journeys, particularly the contact and lead capture flows.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds and older case study assets may not fully meet our standard. We are working through these and prioritising anything on a conversion path. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, we would like to know about it.
